Gatwick Train Services

The Railway station is directly below the Gatwick South Terminal. The station is well signposted but travellers needing the North Terminal should use the shuttle service between the terminals.

Gatwick Express

The Gatwick Express is the high speed link between London Gatwick Airport and London Victoria Rail Station. London Victoria Station is in the west end of London, near Buckingham Palace, and is the most likely destination for tourists arriving at Gatwick Airport. the journey time is about 30 minutes and trains depart every 15 minutes throughout the day. The first train leave Gatwick at 04.35 and then from 05.20 runs every 15 minutes until 23.45. from London Victoria trains start at 03.30 then run every 15 minutes from 04.30 until 00.35. Express Class single will cost £13.00 and a return journey is £24.00

Thameslink London Gatwick

Thameslink is a rail operating company that runs trains through London Gatwick Airport. Up to 4 trains per hour operate from London Gatwick Airport travelling north to London and calling at London Bridge station, Blackfrairs, City Thameslink, Farringdon and King's Cross. The journey time is 30 minutes to London Bridge and 45 minutes to Kings Cross. The tickets cost £10.00 single journey in standard class from any of the central London stations. The Thameslink trains start at Bedford and run through London and Gatwick Airport to Brighton so traveller venturing further may find this service useful.
