Alexandra Suite Lounge in the North Terminal at London Gatwick Airport
Directions: The lounge is situated airside of the North terminal. Go through passport control at the North Terminal and through to the Departure Lounge area. Turn left and follow the signs to the lounge on the left to the upper level
Earliest Arrival: 06.00 hours. Lounge Closing Time: 21.00 hours.
Lounges have a smart casual dress code. This is a non-smoking lounge. Infants up to 2 years are free of charge
For security reasons, all luggage must be taken with you should you wish to leave the lounge, even if you plan to return
Facilities Included: Television, newspapers, magazines, toilet and shower facilities. Business: Telephone and fax
Disabled/Wheelchair: This lounge is not suitable as access is via stairs only, there is no lift or escalator
Complimentary snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea, soft and alcoholic drinks available in lounge. Champagne not available.
Gatwick Servisair Lounge in the South Terminal at London Gatwick Airport
Directions: The lounge is situated airside of the South terminal. Go through Passport Control to the departure area and follow the signs to the Airline Lounge on the Upper Level - access by stairs or lift
Earliest Arrival: 05.00 hours. Lounge Closing Time: 22.00 hours.
Lounges have a smart casual dress code. This lounge has a designated smoking area. Children: Over 12's only.
For security reasons, all luggage must be taken with you should you wish to leave the lounge, even if you plan to return
Facilities Included: TV, complimentary bar, showers, toilets, newspapers/magazines and snacks. Business: Fax, Internet, phone (all subject to a small charge)
Disabled/Wheelchair: Landside via lift to 3rd floor. Airside lift to Upper Level. Disabled toilets in the lounge.
